Each month students are taught about a specific character trait. We honor individual students for exhibiting these character traits during our awards assemblies. Please work with your child(ren) on the following character traits and ask them to memorize the definitions:

Competence: To be capable and successful.

Trustworthiness: Able to be counted on.

Commitment: Dedication to a purpose.

Responsibility: Actively taking care of others and the environment.

Cooperation: To work together toward a common purpose.

Appreciation: Recognizing qualities and values.

May

Caring: Act of showing concern and compassion.

June

Perseverance: To remain constant to a goal despite obstacles.
